Some people say laughing the best medicine of all.I’m not fully sure with that but its true laughing is very good for your mind although health.Today I’ve collected some laughter facts,so lets go!
1. Do you know how many time you laugh a day? Research show the average person laugh around 13 a day.
2. Belive it or not. There’s really a science of laughing and its effects an the body in referred to as GELOTOLOGY.
3. We laugh up to 30 times more when we are in the company of others than when we are by ourselves.
4. Laughing can create an instant bond between individuals. When you laugh as a group or with someone else,we feel a natural connection to those people and it can alleviate some of the social stress that being around new people might create.
5. Just as children laugh more than adults, women lend to laugh slightly more then men.[BUT THAT DOESN’T MEAN THEY’VE MORE SENSE OF HUMOR THAN MEN]
